Collection/Delivery
Customers must be in during the selected collection time
slot. The parcel must be packaged and labeled with the
full delivery address. We cannot collect from or deliver
to PO Boxes or British Forces postal offices.
If you have chosen a service that requires a label to be
printed out, this should be printed and attached to the
parcel. Failure to do this may result in the courier
billing the sender directly.
A collection receipt must be obtained from the driver.
Please look after the receipt as this is proof that your
parcel was collected and will be required to complete
any subsequent insurance claim.
If the collection fails due to the customer not being
available, the goods not ready or insufficiently
packaged, a 100% surcharge will be applied in order for
collection to be rearranged. If the courier does not
turn up during the selected time slot please contact us
so that we may inquire as to why collection failed and
can make sure it is carried out. Failure to notify us
will result in further delay.
Next day delivery means next working day and does not
include Saturday or Sunday.
If no one is in to accept a delivery, a redelivery
charge may be applied on some services. A storage charge
may in some cases be charged if the parcel has to be
stored for a prolonged period.
Loss or damage
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your
parcel has been lost or damaged in transit. Please
include your Cheaperdelivery order number, the
collection receipt, pictures of the damaged item and the
packaging it was sent in. We will also require a cost
invoice for the damaged item.
Items on the exclusion list or parcels that were
insufficiently packaged will not be covered.
